"Awful, waste of time. Why are apps like this allowed to go live, it clearly doesnt work, look at all the negative reviews. I was directed tonk use the app by Inchcape but it won't allow any photos to be attached/uploaded. (telephone service isntany better.)"

"Have submitted 5 claims using this app. 3 for cosmetic chips/scratches. 2 for kerbed alloys. Easy to submit claim & upload photos. Once claim is submitted there is a pop up message advising to call Inchape if no response received in 24hours. For all 5 claims I had to ring Inchape in order to progress claim. Inchape could improve this app by generating claim reference number once user submits claim. Asides from that all 5 claims were expedited & repairs carried out really well. App needs tweakin"

"Useless app - doesn't work. Have tried multiple times to submit a repair request via the app and everytime it fails to acknowledge that I have selected the requested photos. If I could give it a score of zero, I would."

"Terrible. Won't log in. When you are in nothing loads. No alternative phone number or options for help. Worst £75 a month ever. DO NOT GET TOYOTA CAR CARE PLAN. Seems they can take your money easy enough but can't spend that money on a working app or anyone to answer a phone to get your repairs done. Fraudsters and clowns at their finest."
